Returns, Terms and Conditions


Returns

We endeavour to sell only products of the highest quality and all items supplied are guaranteed to be in new condition and unused. Any body jewellery purchased will not have been sterilized so if being used for a new piercing it should be autoclaved. We are happy to do this for an extra charge of $3 but delivery may be delayed by up to 24hrs. Due to health regulations no returns are possible except if found to be a manufacturing fault where we will exchange with the same or similar item of same value. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Faulty items must be reported by email within 5 days of receipt of goods. Shipping charges are not refundable but if an item is deemed faulty the replacement will be sent free of charge.

Terms & Conditions

Prices will be fixed at a set rate at the time of ordering for all orders. Goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.

Delivery

In stock items will be processed within 24 hrs of receiving order where possible. Delivery & order details will be confirmed by email.

Please check your order is correct as due to health regulations we cannot credit or refund body jewellery unless it is deemed a manufacturing fault & we are notified within 7 days of receiving goods. Used returns however are not acceptable under any conditions.
